Postnatal Planning Workshop

Preparing for the 4th trimester can be one of the most valuable steps you take during pregnancy. This two-hour session, designed for those from 34 weeks pregnant, is all about creating a tailored plan to ensure you feel supported, nurtured, and ready for the early days and weeks after birth.

The session can take place in your home (for those in Somerset) or online providing flexibility to suit your needs and schedule.

Ongoing Support After Birth

Following the session, I’ll provide 4 weeks of WhatsApp support, acting as your virtual doula.
