Postnatal Speciality: Massages can be carried out while your baby is feeding, nestled next to you, or in the same room—whatever works best for you.

3. Nourishing Your Body and Soul
As a Nutritional Health Coach, I understand the critical role nutrition plays in postpartum recovery. I’ll ensure you feel nourished with:

Night Support: I can provide overnight care for your newborn, ensuring you get the deep rest you need while I care for your baby through the night.
6. Maternity Nurse Expertise
I am also a qualified maternity nurse, I bring a wealth of experience in newborn care. My approach is holistic and mother-and-baby-centred, ensuring both of you feel supported and confident in these early days.
7. Unlimited Support Between Visits
In addition to in-person sessions, I offer unlimited text, email, and phone support. Whether you have questions or need reassurance, I’m here to help.

The Rest Package includes:
Six Customised Visits: Each visit lasts three hours, and we’ll tailor them to your needs week by week.
Comprehensive Support: From recovery to baby care, every session is designed to help you rest, heal, and transition into life with your little one.
This package is £540 and includes:
Emotional and physical support tailored to your unique needs.
Practical guidance to make the postpartum period feel more manageable and joyful.
